WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?
The miracle of the internet is that we accept orders 24 hours a day but if you want to live chat with us then our office hours are currently 9 to 5 Monday to Friday. We may be off wandering around the country sourcing beautiful new British made products, so if we don't answer, leave a message and we will get back to you.
WHAT IS OUR DEFINITION OF BRITISH PROVENANCE
There could be many ways to skin this cat, but our definition is all about keeping the craft skills and jobs in Britain. We would of course love the holding company of any brand to be British but in a globalised world this is fairly impossible. So we make sure that all of the products we sell are manufactured here and most of the raw materials come from the British Isles. This ensures that jobs and skills are kept alive. HOW DO I USE MY GIFT CARD/VOUCHER/CODE?
At the checkout enter your gift card, voucher or code details and this will then automatically be updated and included in your order summary with the appropriate deduction.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS?
Please contact us in writing within 7 working days of receiving the goods and then return them in their original state within 10 working days. Full details of our returns policy is outlined on our Delivery & Returns page and within our Terms & Conditions.

WHEN WILL YOU DEBIT MY ORDER?
All orders are debited in full at the time of the order.
WHAT CARDS AND PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept secure payment via SagePay and Lloyds Card Net for Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Visa, Maestro and Mastercard.
ARE THE PAYMENTS BY CARD PROTECTED?
We take a belt and braces approach to security. All our payments are PCI DSS compliant with the highest level of security. We never see or hold your card details when you pay online.
I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER
Please email us at email@example.com with your name and order number and we will look into it immediately. The vast majority of our parcels are tracked so we will be able to resolve any problems quickly for you.
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
We have tried to keep the process of delivery and returns as simple as possible. We have a UK standard delivery time of 3-5 days and that is £3.95. EU Standard delivery time of 3-5 day and that is £5.95. And free delivery on orders over £99. Please see our Delivery and Returns page for more detailed information on our delivery costs.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DISPATCHED?
We will dispatch your order as quick as humanly possible. Your order will either be dispatched the very same day or the following morning. If an order comes in on Friday night or the weekend the delivery will not be processed until Monday morning. Chocks away.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
With every order you place you will be given a unique tracking number that is simple to use. We will also tell you where to log on and when it will arrive on your doorstep you lucky people.
CAN I BE NOTIFIED WHEN A PRODUCT IS BACK IN STOCK?
It would be churlish for us not to help you get your hands on the products you want that, as soon as you can. We will email you immediately when that beautiful British made product is back in our warehouse.
WHERE DOES SIR GORDON BENNETT DELIVER TO?
Currently we ship to all four corners of this green and pleasant land and the many corners of the EU. In the future we will spread the word of British craftsmanship to the four corners of the world.
DO YOU OFFER WARRANTY ON YOUR PRODUCTS?
Sir Gordon Bennett is a retailer and as such we carry a wide variety of products from a wide variety of brands so we don’t offer a blanket warranty. Saying that we totally stand behind the products we stock. We are committed to British craftsmanship and many of the brands we stock have a warranty. Your first port of call should be the brand directly, if you have no luck then contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do everything we can to resolve the situation.
