British made waxed cotton aprons and utilitarian workwear.

Fieldware Co was formed through a love of hard wearing, utilitarian workwear. Whether you are a gardener, artist, potter, barista worker or waiter their waxed cotton aprons are strong, durable, and look great.  The 8oz waxed cotton aprons are tough without being heavy to wear. And feature long straps for wrap around tying and a double front pocket. All garments are finished with branded copper rivets, for additional strength and our classic signature copper Fieldware Co button. These aprons are built to last and will improve with age and wear. Each waxed cotton apron is based on classic designs but given a modern twist. With subtle colours such as Sloe, Rustic and midnight. Each apron utilises modern tailoring techniques so that they will fit perfectly and last longer. Something we whole heartedly agree with at Sir Gordon Bennett.

Fieldware Co believe in making things right. And in doing so use the finest Halley Stevensons cotton wax, one of the oldest textile mills in Britain. Who have been making waxed cotton in Dundee since 1864. It is the same fabric that is used in the manufacture of Barbour's finest range. So you are guaranteed quality with every artisan apron.

Whether you require an apron for your gardening or an waxed cotton apron for crafting? You will be hard pushed to find a better apron than a Fieldware Co apron. All of their products are made using British materials and handcrafted in the Fieldware Co Somerset studio.
